Ujaas Energy

A Stock i am buying in Small-Small Quantity over last one year from 25 till 40rs..Recently...

A Real GEM this is, Growing Superbly Because of Government Push and Big Targets for Renewable energy till 2020, and think it will continue to do so in future too..

On Performance Front:

12months TTM Sales - 480 CR
PAT - 40CR
MCAP - 700Cr Apx..
PE -17
Debt - 100cr
CMP - 35

So, on most of Parameters look Fairly Valued, then whats a Reason for Buying this for Short Term:

1. Results Expectation - 9months trailing Sales is around 310cr,  On Nov 1,2016, Anurag Mundra, Joint MD, to CNBC had said, they are targeting 80MW in FY2017 and around 500cr Top line for FY2017,  Again when asked on 27th March, He re-reiterated, Numbers will be similar to what we had indicated earlier and 80MW will be achieved, Usually 1MW gives revenue of 7cr apx..giving 80MW * 7Cr = 560Cr....Being on Safer side, assume ujaas manages to post 530CR in Fy2017, then Q4 Should be around 220Cr or so, margins usually remains same, say around 17%, if we calculate PAT - it can come in the range of 20cr..or so giving Q4 EPS of apx.1 and annualized around 2.75 giving it 17-18PE..Price comes around 50...

2. During Recent times - Promotors sold there some stake in order to raise money for Further Bidding on Big Projects in JV Projects, news around Bidding can come soon, and this Projects are huge according to MD Mundra, 100-150 MW, apx.1000cr order, if they win..

Long term no doubt Ujaas is Great, but i have bought for Short Term...
